CFI provides various pathways for recent CDL-A graduates to kickstart their careers as professional Regional or Over-the-Road (OTR) drivers hauling dry van freight. If you're eager to hit the road and begin your journey toward mastering your first million miles, we offer the necessary resources to empower you to take control of the driver's seat. For those who already possess a CDL but lack experience and require the guidance of a Finisher (Trainer), we're here to support you in initiating the process.

At CFI, we offer:

• Solo drivers earning up to $0.56 per mile
• Solo drivers averaging 118,800 miles annually
• Top drivers earning $100K+ annually 
• Practical mile pay structure
• Reliable home time and consistent freight
• 90% no-touch freight
• Various pay incentives including stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay
• Layover pay starting at $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for every subsequent 24-hour period

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a Class A commercial driver’s license
• Right to work and live in the United States
• Minimum of 3 months tractor-trailer driving experience
• Clean driving record with no BACs, DUIs, DWIs, or license suspensions for moving violations in the past five years
• Ability to meet work attendance and availability requirements, and comply with all legal and DOT regulations for commercial truck driving in the United States
• Successful completion of all applicable CFI certification class testing and requirements
